The Clan McGrath Society – Cumann Chlann Mhic Craith was reconstituted in 2026 to bring together the septs of Thomond and Ulster and our international diaspora under one society for the benefit of all our members, wherever they are. Our goals are to promote and preserve the history and heritage of our ancient clan through our International Gatherings and our main built heritage project SLEADY 400.

Clans of Ireland ~ Finte na hÉireann 

The Clan McGrath Society – Cumann Chlann Mhic Craith are proud supporters of Clans of Ireland – Finte na hÉireann. Clans of Ireland ~ Finte na hÉireann is an independent permanent authority established in 1989 to register Irish clans and historical families. This occurred as a result of the resurgence of interest in Irish heritage, which led to the revival of many ancient Irish clans and the recognition of the cultural value of many Irish historical families.
